our story
Welcome to Kured, a chef-owned and operated charcuterie and sandwich shop nestled in the heart of Beacon Hill. At Kured, we believe that food is more than just substance – it’s an experience, a way to connect with loved ones, and a celebration of life’s simple pleasures.
Our Story
At Kured, we believe great food has the power to bring people together. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, grabbing lunch on Charles Street, or celebrating a special occasion with one of our signature charcuterie boards, our goal is simple: serve exceptional food with genuine hospitality.
As a locally owned business in the heart of Boston’s historic Beacon Hill, we’re passionate about creating elevated, approachable food made with premium ingredients and thoughtful attention to every detail. From handcrafted sandwiches and seasonal salads to artisan charcuterie boards and grazing tables, everything we create is designed to make everyday moments feel a little more special.
Every decision we make—from developing seasonal menus to preparing catering for weddings, corporate meetings, and celebrations—is centered on creating memorable experiences through outstanding food and heartfelt service.
Thank you for supporting our locally owned business. We look forward to welcoming you to Kured and sharing our passion for great food with you.

meet the owner
Hi, I’m Laura McDaniel.
Food has always been at the center of my life. Growing up with strong Italian roots, I learned that some of life’s best memories are made around the table. After more than 20 years in the culinary and hospitality industry, I had the opportunity to take ownership of Kured and continue building a business rooted in quality, creativity, and community.
My vision is to create more than just a neighborhood sandwich shop. I want Kured to be a place where customers feel welcomed, employees feel valued, and every meal reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes into making it.
